Can you hold a place before I apply?
You must see the inside of a property before applying. You can pay the deposit to hold the property, once you are approved.
How do I pay rent?
You can epay through your tenant portal, mail the payment to our office (must be postmarked by the 5th), drop office to our office in person or use our after hours secure drop slot.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Fill out a pet application and submit to our office for approval.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You must submit something in writing to our office to have your name removed. You will be responsible for the contract for 30-days from the date it was received by our office.
Is the deposit refundable?
You will be required to return the property in the same or better condition that you received it in, less normal wear and tear.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You will need to submit a written 30-day notice to our office or submit the notice through your portal. You will be responsible for rent for 30-days from the date in which it was received.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please drive by the property you are interested in and then call our office to make an appointment. After you have seen the inside of the home, you can submit an application to our office.
